The start of something extraordinary, begins here...

This website is designed for all School Staff; the people that operate and build our YMCA Vocational Schools. This material exists to provide a blueprint for excellence when it comes to opening, operating and nurturing a Vocational School.

We see this body of work as our ‘master copy’, designed to guide our current and future campus’ to understand and implement our chosen method of education. Hence we are calling this website; ‘Our Way’; the way we, at theY are choosing to follow, as we strive to meet our mission.

The content provided here, is the result of years of hard work and many lessons. While we will never stop learning and growing, this body of work represents the core elements that make learning happen at our schools.

These elements are our DNA and therefore, are the operating standards from which all our Vocational Schools grow.
